On behalf of Umbrella Health Education System and Farooq Memorial Trust, a library was officially inaugurated by Farooq Memorial Trust Founder Adalat Khan, Managing Director Umbrella Health Education System Jawad Khan and District Jail Superintendent Syed Mohammad Junaid Behari.
